Creative arts therapy for healing and growth

Formerly known as Acting Up, Art/i/curate is an initiative that promotes awareness of the healing properties of Multimodal Creative Arts Therapy and its therapeutic benefits personal development, growth and workplace wellness. Programmes include bespoke therapeutic workshops, individual and group therapy as well as consultations. Engaging only ANZACATA registered Creative Arts Therapists, Art/i/curate aims to spread the healing power the different art forms within and beyond Singapore.

Marissa Teo is the founder and chief therapist of Art/I/Curate, a creative arts therapy practice based in Singapore with a regional reach across Malaysia and Brunei. She believes that everyone, regardless of age, background, or artistic ability, can benefit from creative expression as a pathway to emotional wellbeing.
